Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in “Earn 2% cash back on transfers £50 and above to Ghana” Campaign.

Pomelo Technology US Inc. “LemFi”, a Delaware corporation (together with all subsidiaries thereof, the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “LemFi”, interchangeably) may offer referral programs, awards or incentives for inviting Friends and Family or those with whom the Referrer has a personal relationship to use its services (a “Referral Program”). Any bonuses or incentives under such Referral Program are subject to this Referral Program Terms and Conditions and LemFi Terms and Conditions (together the “Terms & Conditions”), as available and amended at our sole discretion from time to time.

By participating in LemFi “Earn 2% cash back on transfers of £50 and above to Ghana” Campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and in its sole discretion, without prior notice, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the Referral Program or these terms.

Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFi Terms and Conditions.

Definitions: (Key Terms)

  • Qualified Transaction: means a single transaction of a minimum amount of £50. To avoid misunderstanding, in order to be a qualified transaction, you need to send to Ghana at least £50 in one single transaction. It will not be cumulative with all the other transactions you make in a day or another period of time.

  • Program/Promotion: “LemFi has your back” Campaign – We are rewarding our users for sending money with us and we are saying thank you in a big way, with a special rewards promotion. For the month of August 2025 to 9th September 2025, every transfer of £50 and above to Ghana will earn you a 2% cashback (in addition to your reward points you earn on eligible transfers) as electronic money credited into your account.

  • Prize: 2% cashback on all transfers to Ghana on a minimum single transaction of £50 and above.

  • Promotion Period: This Promotion is valid from 5th August to 9th September 2025 inclusively.

  • Participant:

    • You must have an existing active LemFi account.
    • You have legal residence in Canada & United Kingdom.
    • Send an international transfer transaction with LemFi to Ghana within the campaign period.
    • Valid LemFi Account: All users who have signed up onto LemFi are eligible to participate in this promotion, whether verified or unverified, except users with restricted accounts.

1. Eligibility to Participate?

  • Be 18 years old or above
  • Reside in the United Kingdom & Canada
  • Have a valid LemFi account
  • Make one or more qualifying transactions to Ghana within the campaign period
  • The campaign is open to all users both new & existing
  • Users may receive cashback on each eligible transfer with no limit on the number of transactions

2. Types of Prizes/Awards

  • The cashback amount is 2% as electronic money credited into your account on all transfers to Ghana with a single transfer of minimum £50

3. How to win Prize, earn points, cashback

  • To win/earn 2% cashback as electronic money credited into your account, the Participant must make a single transfer of £50 and above to Ghana within the campaign period

4. Conditions Applicable to Participants, Prizes, Winnings

  • Be 18 years old or above
  • Reside in the United Kingdom & Canada
  • Have a valid LemFi account
  • Make one or more Qualifying Transactions to Ghana within the campaign period
  • The campaign is open to all users both new & existing
  • Users may receive cashback as electronic money credited into your account on each eligible transfer with no limit on the number of transactions
  • Must have an unrestricted LemFi account
  • Must make the Qualifying Transaction to Ghana

5. Restrictions Applicable to prizes, awards, winning

  • Accounts created fraudulently or multiple times to improperly benefit from the campaign
  • Restricted accounts for whatever reason
  • Users not residing in any of the LemFi supported countries
  • Employees, Influencers, Contractors and Partners of LemFi
  • LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice
  • LemFi will not be responsible for technical issues, internet outages, or other circumstances that may prevent participation
  • By participating, entrants agree to indemnify LemFi against any claims arising from their participation

6. Receiving and Using Rewards

  • Cashback earned from Monday to Thursday will be credited as electronic money into your account after 24 hours or the next business day
  • For cashback earned from Friday to Sunday, the cash earned will be credited as electronic money into your account the following Monday into your LemFi wallet
  • You can use this electronic money to send future transfers or withdraw to your current debit card linked to your LemFi account
  • LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke rewards if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement
  • LemFi may provide an alternate reward of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfill the reward
  • Reward redemptions are final, will not be returned, and are subject to review and verification
  • LemFi is not responsible and/or liable if any email, reward, referrals, or Program-related materials or correspondence are lost, fraudulent, abusive, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, altered, defective, misdirected, tampered with, or irregular in any way
  • Program is void where prohibited or if a Participant’s accounts or transactions are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, in violation of these Terms, or irregular in any other manner
  • Accrued cashback and Points can only be used against any future international money transfers after such Signup Bonus and Points have been earned and granted and approved by LemFi

In the event the Campaign is terminated or withdrawn and you have accumulated Reward or Points balance, such Rewards or Points balance can be used in the following manner, subject to LemFi’s sole discretion at that time:

  • balance Points or Rewards being converted into cash value that would be credited to your LemFi account, which can be used against future transactions
  • balance Points or Rewards being unaffected, which can be used against future transactions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdictions, in no event shall LemFi be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your participation in the Referral Programme, including but not limited to special, indirect, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. LemFi’s maximum aggregate liability to Participant and any third party under any and all circumstances shall be then-current 10 Euro value of the Participant’s unspent monetary reward under the Referral Program

All warranties, express and implied, regarding the Referral Programme and use of the LemFi app services are disclaimed (including, without limitation, the disclaimer of any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of intellectual property and/or fitness for a particular purpose). LemFi makes no representation or warranty with respect to any results obtainable through the Referral Programme or the delivery time of any other rewards it may promote

10. Other Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Campaign, earnings of Rewards, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Campaign Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation

If a Participant or Invitee attempts to use the Campaign in breach of the Campaign’s Terms & Conditions, the User Agreement or in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the Rewards of either party

11. Governing Law

  • UK Customers: This Campaign is subject to laws of England & Wales to which the participant, LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes
  • Canadian Customers: Any disputes or claims arising under these terms and conditions shall remain subject to Canadian Arbitration Act to which the participant and LemFi submit in accordance with the Canadian laws
