TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR LEMFI USA–NGN NEW USER TRANSFER CREDIT CAMPAIGN

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the LemFi USA–NGN New User Credit Campaign ("Campaign") and the earning, receiving, conversion, or redemption of LemFi Reward Points ("LemFi Points") awarded under this Campaign.

LemFi Points are offered by Pomelo Technology US Inc., a Delaware corporation, and Pomelo Two LLC (collectively, "LemFi," "we," "our," or "us"), a Delaware limited liability company. LemFi Points are not affiliated with, issued, or serviced by Community Federal Savings Bank.

These Terms apply to all LemFi customers ("LemFi Customer(s)," "user(s)," "you," "your") participating in the Campaign and who earn, use, redeem, or convert LemFi Points. These Terms are supplemental to, and must be read together with, the current applicable LemFi Customer Terms ("Customer Terms").

1. Campaign Period

The Campaign begins on July 15, 2026, and ends on July 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST ("Campaign Period").

2. Eligibility

The Campaign is open only to individuals who:

  • Are eighteen (18) years of age or older;
  • Are residing in the fifty (50) states of the United States or Washington, D.C.;
  • Registered a LemFi account after being referred by an existing LemFi user ("Eligible User");
  • Successfully completed identity verification (KYC) and activated their LemFi account;
  • Have not successfully completed a transfer with LemFi prior to the Campaign Period;
  • Received $10 in LemFi Reward Points deposited into their LemFi wallet prior to the Campaign Period; and
  • Complete a qualifying first transfer of $100 or more to Nigeria during the Campaign Period.

LemFi reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

3. How to Participate

New User Reward

  • Eligible Users will have already received $10 in LemFi Reward Points, deposited into their LemFi wallet prior to the Campaign Period; however, these Points remain locked and are not accessible until the qualifying transfer described below is completed.
  • To unlock these Points, Eligible Users must complete their first-ever transfer of $100 or more to Nigeria during the Campaign Period ("Qualifying Transfer").
  • Upon successful completion of the Qualifying Transfer, the user will gain access to the $10 in LemFi Reward Points already deposited into their wallet, and will additionally receive $20 in LemFi Reward Points as a welcome bonus.
  • In total, an Eligible User who completes the Qualifying Transfer during the Campaign Period will receive access to $30 in LemFi Reward Points ($10 pre-Campaign deposit, unlocked upon completion of the Qualifying Transfer, + $20 welcome bonus).
  • The qualifying transfer must be successfully completed and must not be canceled, reversed, or refunded.
  • If the Qualifying Transfer is canceled, reversed, refunded, or fails for any reason, neither the $10 nor the $20 will be unlocked or awarded, and any related LemFi Reward Points may be voided in accordance with Section 4.

Reward Points Validity

  • The LemFi Reward Points awarded under this Campaign are valid until the end of the calendar month in which they are awarded.
  • Unused LemFi Reward Points awarded under this Campaign will expire automatically at the end of that calendar month and cannot be reinstated.

4. Disqualification Criteria

Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

  • If a LemFi user cancels, reverses, or refunds their qualifying transaction;
  • If a LemFi user violates these Terms or the Customer Terms;
  • LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:
    • Creating fraudulent accounts;
    • Manipulating transactions to claim rewards unfairly.

5. LemFi Points

5.1 What Are LemFi Points?

LemFi Points are promotional reward points that you may earn, convert, or redeem for a specified monetary value toward future international money transfers made through LemFi, at LemFi's sole discretion, after completing the qualifying activities defined in these Terms or applicable promotional campaign terms.

5.2 What Are Not LemFi Points?

LemFi Points are not property, money, or currency; have no cash or monetary value unless expressly specified by LemFi; are not accepted by third parties; and do not constitute a financial product, account balance, electronic wallet balance, or payment instrument.

5.3 Redeeming LemFi Points

LemFi Points may be redeemed only toward future international money transfers of more than $1 to LemFi-approved countries, provided you have sufficient LemFi Points. LemFi Points do not expire unless otherwise expressly stated in a specific campaign. Where expiration or conditions apply, they will be clearly disclosed in the applicable promotional campaign terms. Failure to meet Campaign requirements will result in LemFi Points not being awarded.

6. Suspension, Termination, and Corrections

  • LemFi may suspend or terminate your participation if you breach these Terms or the Customer Terms;
  • LemFi may withdraw or cancel LemFi Points at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if fraud or abuse is suspected;
  • LemFi reserves the right to correct errors or reverse invalid LemFi Points at its sole discretion; and
  • Where LemFi Points have been redeemed but were granted in error, LemFi may withhold future LemFi Points of equivalent value or quantity.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from this Campaign will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions, including arbitration, contained in the Customer Terms.

8. Taxation

You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from your participation in the Campaign.

9. Privacy

Your personal information may be shared with Pomelo Technology US Inc. and Pomelo Two LLC group entities as permitted by law. Please visit and review our Privacy Notice for further information.

11. General Exclusions & Liability

LemFi is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER LEMFI NOR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUBCONTRACTORS, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, OR ASSIGNS SHALL BE LIABLE TO ANY LEMFI CUSTOMER OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES UNDER THESE TERMS (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, IN LAW OR EQUITY, OR OTHERWISE) FOR LOST PROFITS OR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
