Terms and Conditions for LemFi’s "Churned Users: US to Kenya Boosted Rate – Every Transfer" Campaign – January/February 2026

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the Churned Users: US to Kenya Boosted Rate – Every Transfer Campaign.
By participating in the LemFi Churned Users: US to Kenya Boosted Rate Campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFi Terms and Conditions.

Definitions: (Key Terms)

Program/Promotion: The Churned Users: US to Kenya Boosted Rate – Every Transfer Campaign is open to users who haven’t made a successful transaction on the LemFi app within the last 60 days or more.
Reward: Eligible Participants will receive a boosted rate of 3 KES per $1 sent on every transfer from the United States to Kenya during the campaign period. The boosted rate is applied to the amount received by the recipient in Kenya (i.e., the recipient gets an additional 3 KES for every $1 sent, on top of the standard exchange rate).
Promotion Period: The campaign begins on January 26, 2026, and ends on February 22, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST (or equivalent local time in the US), or until LemFi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies it.
Participant: The campaign is open to existing LemFi users whose last successful transaction was on or before November 27, 2025 (inactive for 60+ days).
Valid LemFi Account: Participants must reside in the United States, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi’s standard terms of service applicable to the US region (including applicable state money transmitter regulations).

1. LemFi Campaign Period

You may participate in this campaign between January 26, 2026, and February 22, 2026, until 11:59 PM EST (or equivalent), or until LemFi terminates, withdraws, suspends, or modifies it.

2. Eligibility to Participate

This campaign is open to LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
Participants must reside in the United States, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi’s standard terms of service applicable to the US region.
The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.

This campaign is open only to LemFi customers who receive the official communication from LemFi (including in-app banners or notifications promoting this offer).

3. Reward

Eligible US-based senders will receive a boosted rate of 3 KES per $1 sent applied to every transfer to Kenya made during the campaign period. This means the recipient in Kenya will receive an additional 3 KES for every $1 sent (beyond the standard exchange rate applied by LemFi at the time of transfer).
The boosted rate applies to all qualifying transfers completed by the Participant during the Promotion Period (not limited to the first transfer).

4. How to Receive the Reward

• Make a transfer from the United States to Kenya using your Valid LemFi Account between January 26, 2026, and February 22, 2026.
• The boosted rate of 3 KES per $1 will be automatically applied to every successful transfer to Kenya that you complete within the Promotion Period.
• No additional action is required beyond completing qualifying transfers.

5. Restrictions Applicable to the Reward

• This promotion is only applicable to transfers from the United States to Kenya.
• The boosted rate applies to every transfer made by the Participant during the Promotion Period.
• US-based senders who make transfers to Kenya within the qualifying period will receive the boosted rate on all such transfers during the campaign.
• The reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
• There is no limit on the number of transfers eligible for the boosted rate during the Promotion Period, subject to LemFi’s standard transfer limits, currency conversion rules, verification requirements, and applicable US regulations.

6. Receiving and Using the Reward

LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, revoke, or withhold this offer if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms, the LemFi User Agreement, or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement.
The boosted rate is applied directly to the recipient’s amount in Kenya at the time of each qualifying transfer and cannot be accrued, carried over, or redeemed separately.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdictions, in no event shall LemFi be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your participation in this campaign, including but not limited to special, indirect, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

8.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate this campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the campaign, application of the boosted rate, or your compliance with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.
8.2. If a Participant breaches the User Agreement or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation (including US federal or state money transmission laws), we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the reward.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This campaign is subject to the laws of the State of New York (or the applicable US state law governing the Participant’s account and LemFi’s services), without regard to conflict of law principles, to which the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes. Where applicable, federal US laws may also apply.
