HIGH VALUE REWARDS CAMPAIGN

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE US – GHANA HIGH-VALUE REWARDS CAMPAIGN

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the LemFi USA_NGN New User Transfer Campaign ("Campaign") and the earning, receiving, conversion, or redemption of LemFi Reward Points ("LemFi Points") awarded under this Campaign.

LemFi Points are offered by Pomelo Technology US Inc., a Delaware corporation, and Pomelo Two LLC (collectively, "LemFi," "we," "our," or "us"), a Delaware limited liability company. LemFi Points are not affiliated with, issued by, sponsored, endorsed, administered, or serviced by Community Federal Savings Bank.

These Terms apply to all LemFi customers ("LemFi Customer(s)," "user(s)," "you," "your") participating in the Campaign and who earn, use, redeem, or convert LemFi Points. These Terms are supplemental to, and must be read together with, the current applicable LemFi Customer Terms ("Customer Terms").

1. Campaign Period

The Campaign begins on July 27, 2026, and concludes on August 16, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST ("Campaign Period").

2. Eligibility

The Campaign is open only to individuals who are:

• Aged eighteen (18) or older, including both new and existing LemFi customers residing within the fifty (50) United States or Washington, D.C.
• A direct recipient of promotional correspondence from LemFi specifically concerning this Campaign.

The Campaign excludes the following individuals from participation:

• LemFi staff, independent contractors, and associated partner entities.
• Brand representatives, marketing influencers, and persons managing sponsored advertising initiatives for LemFi.

LemFi reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

3. How to Participate

User Reward

Qualified participants who execute aggregated qualifying transactions of at least $3,000 to Ghana within the Campaign Period are eligible for a $50 LemFi Points reward.

• All eligible transfers must be finalized before the Campaign concludes and must remain free from cancellations, reversals, or refund requests.
• The $50 incentive is limited to a single issuance per individual throughout the Campaign, irrespective of total transaction volume or frequency.
• Reward availability is capped at a maximum of ten recipients; subsequent qualifying activity does not guarantee a payout once this limit is reached.
• Should any qualifying transaction fail, be reversed, or otherwise be retracted, LemFi maintains the right to void or debit the corresponding LemFi Points.

Reward Points Validity

The $50 LemFi Points awarded under this Campaign are valid until the end of the calendar month in which they are earned. Any unused LemFi Points awarded under this Campaign will expire automatically at the end of the applicable calendar month and cannot be reinstated.

4. Disqualification Criteria

Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

• If a LemFi user cancels, reverses, or refunds their qualifying transaction;
• If a LemFi user violates these Terms or the Customer Terms; or
• If LemFi reasonably determines that a participant engaged in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:
  • Creating fraudulent accounts;
  • Manipulating transactions or Campaign mechanics to claim rewards unfairly.

5. LemFi Points

5.1 What Are LemFi Points?
LemFi Points are promotional reward points that you may earn, convert, or redeem for a specified value toward future qualifying international money transfers made through LemFi, at LemFi's sole discretion, subject to these Terms and any applicable promotional campaign terms.

5.2 What Are Not LemFi Points?
LemFi Points are promotional rewards only and are not property or cash. They have no cash value unless expressly specified by LemFi, are not accepted by third parties, and do not constitute a financial product.

5.3 Redeeming LemFi Points
LemFi Points may be redeemed only toward eligible future international money transfers of more than $1 to LemFi-approved destination countries, provided you have sufficient eligible LemFi Points available. LemFi Points do not expire, unless otherwise expressly stated in a specific campaign. For this Campaign, the expiration period is as set forth in Section 3, "Reward Points Validity," above. Where additional conditions apply, they will be disclosed in the applicable promotional campaign terms. Failure to meet Campaign requirements will result in LemFi Points not being awarded.

6. Suspension, Termination, and Corrections

• LemFi may suspend or terminate participation in the Campaign if you breach these Terms or the Customer Terms.
• LemFi may withhold, withdraw, reverse, or cancel LemFi Points at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if fraud or abuse is suspected.
• LemFi reserves the right to correct errors or reverse invalid LemFi Points at its sole discretion.
• Where LemFi Points have been redeemed but were granted in error, LemFi may offset or withhold future LemFi Points of equivalent value.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Campaign or these Terms will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions, including arbitration provisions, contained in the applicable Customer Terms.

8. Taxation

You are solely responsible for determining and satisfying any tax obligations arising from your participation in the Campaign or receipt of LemFi Points.

9. Privacy

Your personal information collected in connection with this Campaign may be shared with Pomelo Technology US Inc. and Pomelo Two LLC and their affiliated entities as permitted by law. Please review our Privacy Notice for further information.

11. General Exclusions & Liability

LemFi is not responsible for delays, interruptions, technical, or other failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER LEMFI NOR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, OR ASSIGNS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS CAMPAIGN OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Campaign or update these Terms at any time, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The most current version of these Terms will be made available through LemFi's official channels or website.
