Campaign « LEMFIÈREMENT KMER 🇨🇲 »

(Europe, United Kingdom & Canada)

1. Organizer and Legal Framework

The promotional campaign titled "LEMFIÈREMENT KMER 🇨🇲" (hereinafter the "Campaign") is organized by LemFi, operated by the following duly incorporated and regulated entities:

• Pomelo Remits Europe Ltd, a company registered in Ireland;
• Pomelo Technology Canada Ltd, a company registered and regulated in Canada;
• RightCard Payment Services Limited, a company registered and regulated in the United Kingdom.

These entities operate collectively under the LemFi brand, in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in their respective jurisdictions.

Participation in the Campaign implies the full, complete, irrevocable, and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

2. Campaign Duration

The Campaign will take place:

• Start Date: January 28, 2026
• End Date: March 22, 2026, at 11:59 PM (Paris time)

Prize Draws and Award Ceremonies

• First Draw: February 22, 2026
• Announcement of First Winners: February 23, 2026
• First Award Ceremony (5 motorcycles): February 28, 2026
• Final Draw: March 23, 2026
• Final Award Ceremony (5 motorcycles + 1 car): March 28, 2026, in Douala, Cameroon.

Any participation occurring outside of this period will be considered null and void.

3. Eligibility Criteria

The Campaign is open to individuals who:

• Are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation;
• Reside in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Canada;
• Hold a personal and verified LemFi account (KYC completed);
• Have consented to receive marketing communications from LemFi as part of this Campaign;
• Comply with all of these General Terms and Conditions.

Exclusions
The following may not participate:

• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of LemFi;
• LemFi ambassadors, influencers, or paid content creators;
• Immediate family members of the individuals mentioned above.

4. Campaign Objectives

The objectives of the Campaign are to:

• Reward active LemFi users;
• Encourage the referral of new LemFi users;
• Celebrate and support the Cameroonian community through a high-impact initiative.

5. Prizes

A total of eleven (11) prizes will be awarded:

• Ten (10) BAZAAR motorcycles
• One (1) JETOUR X50 car

Conditions Relating to Prizes

• Prizes will be awarded exclusively in Cameroon;
• No international delivery or financial compensation will be offered;
• The brands, models, colors, and features of the prizes may vary;
• LemFi reserves the right to replace a prize with one of equivalent value if necessary.

Prizes are strictly personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not convertible into cash or LemFi credits.

6. Participation Procedures

6.1 Existing LemFi Users

Users with a LemFi account prior to the start of the Campaign can participate by fulfilling both of the following conditions during the Campaign period:

• Complete transfers for a minimum total amount of:
  • €150 EUR (EU)
  • £150 GBP (UK)
  • $150 CAD (Canada)
• Refer at least two (2) new LemFi users via their personal referral code or link.

👉 These criteria constitute the minimum participation threshold.

6.2 New LemFi Users Without an Identified Referrer

Individuals who have never used LemFi and do not have a referrer can participate by:

• Registering on the LemFi app using the promo code LEMFIER237;
• Completing identity verification (KYC);
• Performing a first transfer of at least €150 EUR / £150 GBP / $150 CAD (depending on the country);
• Referring two (2) new LemFi users.

7. Increasing Chances of Winning

The chances of winning increase based on:

• The total amount transferred during the Campaign;
• The number of valid referrals made.

No maximum cap is set, subject to compliance with LemFi rules and applicable laws.

8. Selection of Winners

• Eleven (11) winners will be selected by random draw;
• The draw will be conducted via a secure and impartial internal process;
• The chances of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

9. Notification and Confirmation of Winners

Winners will be informed via:

• In-app notification;
• Email and/or phone call.

Winners have a period of 72 hours to confirm acceptance of the prize and provide the required information. Failure to do so will result in the prize being canceled and awarded to a new winner.

10. Final Beneficiary of the Prize

The winner may, only once, designate a final beneficiary in Cameroon.

Strict Conditions

• The beneficiary's information must be provided during confirmation;
• No changes will be accepted after validation;
• The prize cannot be resold, exchanged, split, or reassigned.

Any violation will lead to the automatic cancellation of the prize.

11. Prize Award Ceremony

• Prizes will be awarded during official events organized in Cameroon;
• The winner or the beneficiary must be present and provide a valid ID;
• LemFi reserves the right to refuse to award the prize in case of non-compliance.

12. Fraud and Disqualification

LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant in the event of:

• Fraud or attempted fraud;
• Abuse of the referral system;
• False or misleading information;
• Canceled or returned transactions.

13. Personal Data and Confidentiality

Personal data collected will be used exclusively for:

• Managing the Campaign;
• Verifying eligibility;
• Awarding prizes.

Data processing is compliant with the GDPR (EU and UK) and applicable Canadian data protection laws.

14. Limitation of Liability

LemFi shall not be held responsible for:

• Technical or system failures;
• Delays beyond its control;
• The inability of a participant to collect their prize.

15. Modification or Cancellation of the Campaign

LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at any time, particularly in cases of fraud, regulatory constraints, or force majeure.
