Terms and Conditions for LemFi Manchester £2000 Giveaway Campaign

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the LemFi Manchester £2000 Giveaway Campaign ("the Campaign").

By participating in the Campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the Campaign or these terms without prior notice. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions: (Key Terms)

Promotion/Campaign: The "LemFi Manchester £2000 Giveaway Campaign" is a limited-time prize draw where eligible LemFi users in Manchester can win cash prizes by completing a qualifying transfer of £500 or more in a single transfer to Nigeria during the promotional period.

Reward/Prize: Cash prizes totaling £2000, awarded as follows: 1st Place: £1000; 2nd Place: £500; 3rd Place: £500. Three (3) winners will be selected in total.

Promotion Period: The Campaign begins on March 4, 2026 and ends on March 18, 2026 (inclusive).

Participant: Existing LemFi customers residing in Manchester, United Kingdom who meet the eligibility criteria.

Valid LemFi Account: An account that is verified, unrestricted, and not flagged for fraud or abuse. Users must comply with LemFi's User Agreement.

Qualifying Transfer: A single transfer of £500 or more sent to Nigeria via a Valid LemFi Account during the Promotion Period.

1. LemFi Manchester £2000 Giveaway Campaign

You may participate in this Campaign from March 4, 2026 to March 18, 2026 until the Campaign is terminated, withdrawn, suspended, or modified by LemFi.

2. Eligibility to Participate

Participation in this Campaign is open to LemFi customers who meet the following conditions:

• This Campaign is open to individuals aged 18 years and above.
• Participants must reside in Manchester, United Kingdom, have a fully verified LemFi account, and comply with all of LemFi's standard terms of service (including the LemFi User Agreement).
• Participants must complete a qualifying transfer as outlined in Section 4.
• The Campaign is valid for Manchester users only (based on account registration address or other verification of Manchester residency/location as determined by LemFi).

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.

3. Rewards

Three (3) winners will be selected to receive cash prizes as follows:

• 1st Place: £1000
• 2nd Place: £500
• 3rd Place: £500

Total prize pool: £2000.

Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. All applicable taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize will be disbursed to the winner's Valid LemFi Account or via an agreed method within a reasonable period after confirmation.

4. How to Qualify

• Send £500 or more in a single transfer to Nigeria between March 4, 2026 and March 18, 2026 (inclusive).
• Only single transfers of £500 or more to Nigeria sent during the Promotion Period qualify. Cumulative, split, or multiple smaller transfers do not count unless they individually meet the £500 threshold.
• The more qualifying transfers you make (each £500+ single transfer), the more entries/chances you have to win (one entry per qualifying single transfer).
• Participants must retain proof of their qualifying transaction(s) (e.g., transaction receipt, confirmation email, or transaction history from their LemFi account).
• Cancellation or reversal of any qualifying transfer will void the associated entry/entries.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• Three (3) winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible qualifying entries received during the Promotion Period.
• Winners will be notified by LemFi via the contact details associated with their Valid LemFi Account (e.g., email, in-app notification, or phone) within a reasonable time following the close of the Campaign.
• Winners must respond to LemFi's notification within the timeframe specified (typically 7-14 days). Failure to respond may result in the prize being forfeited and an alternative winner selected.
• Upon confirmation, winners may be required to provide additional verification (e.g., proof of Manchester residency) and consent to LemFi using their first name, username, or a short acknowledgment (e.g., video or statement) for promotional purposes in connection with this Campaign, without additional compensation. Failure to provide such consent may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
• Attendance is mandatory. Winners must be present at the prize awarding event to claim their prize. Failure to attend will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected in their place.

6. Prize Disbursement

LemFi will disburse the prize amount to the winner's Valid LemFi Account or via an alternative secure method agreed upon, within fifteen (15) days (or a reasonable period) of winner confirmation and announcement.

LemFi is not liable for any delays, failed disbursements, or issues arising from incorrect account details, account restrictions, or circumstances beyond LemFi's reasonable control.

7. Restrictions Applicable to Rewards

• Reward eligibility requires a Valid LemFi Account and full compliance with these terms.
• Only one prize may be awarded per winner, regardless of the number of qualifying transfers.
• Prizes are limited to Manchester-based participants as verified by LemFi.

8. Disqualification Criteria

Participants may be disqualified for:

• Cancellation or reversal of any qualifying transfer.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including creating fraudulent accounts, manipulating transactions, or attempting to qualify unfairly.
• Violation of the LemFi User Agreement or these terms.

LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant and void entries/prizes if determined, in its sole discretion, that the participant has acted fraudulently, abusively, or irregularly.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEMFI BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE CAMPAIGN, INCLUDING SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

9.2 LemFi is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or technical issues affecting entries, notifications, or prize receipt.

9.3 LemFi is not liable for any issues arising from prize receipt, use, or taxation.

10. Other Terms and Conditions

10.1 LemFi reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without notice.

10.2 If a participant breaches the User Agreement, violates laws, or engages in fraudulent behavior, LemFi may suspend/terminate the account or void prize eligibility.

10.3 LemFi reserves the right to verify all qualifying transactions and may request additional documentation.

10.4 This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers unless explicitly stated by LemFi.

10.5 By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and indemnify LemFi against claims arising from participation.

10.6 NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER (though qualifying transfers via LemFi are required for entry in this transfer-based draw).

11. Governing Law

For customers in the United Kingdom, this Campaign is subject to the laws of England and Wales, to which both the Participant and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
